Office Installation Service, Inc. is one of the largest installation companies on the east coast. OIS was founded in the early 1990’s as a joint venture between father and son, Jay and Neil Belcher and has evolved into a multi-faceted company that serves the ever-changing needs of our clients. From it’s early beginnings, Jay and Neil nurtured their company from a small, family-owned business to what it is today, a leader in the facility services industry who employs more than 40 factory trained and certified installers.

Neil’s background in construction led him to merging with Office Installation Service with his father in 1993.  By the year 2000, he was a partner and in 2003 became responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.  As a hands-on owner, Neil’s focus for OIS is on becoming factory certified in all major manufacturers.  Thanks to his construction experience, modular interior walls have become a staple of the company.  He works closely with dealers to quote jobs that fit within their pricing parameters and follows the job through completion to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction.  Neil strives to uphold the Office Installation Service commitment that excellence is achieved through accountability, and the satisfaction of his customers is at the forefront of his mind.
